Client Agreements:
E&K Recruiters will work under two separate agreements, Contingency Search or Retained Search, chosen only by the client.
Contingency Search
Quite often clients use this form of agreement by giving the open job order to many search firms in hopes that one of them will find the perfect candidate. No money is exchanged up front, only upon successful placement of a candidate. Since the search firm’s time begins with the received job order and the possibility that their candidates will not be chosen, a higher fee is usually charged to the client for the time spent on finding qualified candidates. A contingency Search carries a firm guarantee.
Retained Search
When a client uses this form of agreement, they are entering into an exclusive relationship with the search firm. The job order is given to that firm and they work to fill your position. E&K will provide you with one or two top candidates that meet your specific needs. Please contact our office for our Retained Search Fee.
A Retained search carries an extended guarantee.
